What we collect
When you submit a request form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, the service you selected, and any details you choose to add. Our server also records the date and time, your IP address, your browser user agent, and the page that referred you.
We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers. Please do not include them in the details field.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform an inspection, prepare an estimate, and follow up about that estimate. If you become a customer we use it to carry out the work and to keep the project records our business is required to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, our email delivery provider, and our customer records system — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and to meet our record-keeping and warranty obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@karmacgroup.com or calling 202-798-7663. We will honor the request.
Submitting the form is a request for us to contact you about your project, including by phone and text at the number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling us.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. If we run advertising campaigns we may add measurement tags from advertising platforms; where that happens, those providers' own privacy policies govern the data they collect. This section will be updated if that changes.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
